For 5 minutes: Run 200 m and in the remaining time do as many thrusters as you can.
Thrusters 40 kg = 30 reps
Rest 2 min
For 5 minutes: Run 200 m and in the remaining time do as many thrusters as you can
Pullups= 50 reps ( I really need to work on my pullups.. )
